PARKING INFO:

Park in the first parking lot and enter through the red door. There is a receptionist who can direct you to my suite upstairs.

Driving Directions

From West Hartford:

J Hoffman Therapy, LLC is located about 15 minutes southwest of West Hartford.

​

  1. Take 84W toward Waterbury

  2. Take Exit 39 to merge onto State Hwy 508/Rt. 4

  3. Turn left onto Main Street.
    You will pass Miss Porter's School, HighLand Park Market Plaza, Maximum Beverage and Citgo gas station.

  4. The next building after Citgo is The Bridge Healing Arts Center.

  5. Turn right into The Bridge Healing Arts driveway 

  6. Park in the first lot and enter through the red door.

From Points South:

J Hoffman Therapy, LLC is centrally located to towns south of Farmington.

  1. Take 84E toward Hartford

  2. Take Rt. 372 or 72 toward Plainville

  3. Turn left onto New Britain Avenue

  4. Turn right onto Cooke Street

  5. Turn right onto Main Street
    The Bridge Healing Arts is the second driveway after the CVS on the left

  6. Park in the first lot and enter through the red door.
